This was the branding for the Next Ethiopian Startup (NEST) initiative, launched by the Ministry of Labor & Skills and the Ministry of Innovation & Technology, highlighting the design elements with great pride.

The branding for the Next Ethiopian Startup (NEST) initiative focused on developing a national startup ecosystem to empower startups as key economic drivers for Ethiopia. Launched on October 23, 2023, with Deputy Prime Minister Demeke Mekonnen, NEST aims to foster innovation and risk-taking through four pillars.

These include National Interaction Platforms for collaborative events, a National Information Management System to provide essential data on startups, a National Innovation Competition to host diverse challenges, and National Change Agents to promote transformative practices. This cohesive approach reflects Ethiopia’s commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship.
